What is included in a Landscape Design?

Holland Park now offers two comprehensive landscape design services: design only for the do-it-yourselfer and complete design/build.

All design work includes a site visit with a professional landscape designer and horticulturist, computer-drawn landscape plan, detailed plant list and cost estimate.

On-site the designer will complete a comprehensive inventory of your property including detailed measurements. Your individual likes, dislikes, functional requirements, budget, maintenance time, and desired garden style will be discussed in detail, and the designer will walk through a tentative design with you on site.

Designs are completed in less than two weeks, and if desired, installation times can then be scheduled.

What is included in a landscape consultation?
A landscape consultation is a thorough hands-on meeting with a professional landscape designer and horticulturist at your home.

Consultations are generally run on a question and answer basis and last between 30 and 60 minutes.

During a consultation the homeowner is responsible for taking all notes. A landscape consultation may include:

• Pruning and maintenance

• Plant identification
• Insect and disease management
• Winterization
• Spring and Fall clean-up ideas
• Interior plant-scaping

What does the service cost?

All landscape design services are $90.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $75.00. Times will be quoted in advance.

Installations and material charges are dependent upon the design.
